The Ice feather is a special item that was given to every player who completed all four of the weather wizard missions. The ice feather gave players a snowman costume once the Winter Festival begins. If a user who didn't complete the Wizard Missions, they'd have to give him 1000 coins and a Green Crystal to obtain the Snowman Costume.
