Ivan Nikolav comes from Cosmic City, a man-made city floating on the Koren Reigions Ocean. He is childhood friends with the Sinnoh Reigion Champion Cynthia, and usually spends time with her at Cosmic Park, an amusement park in Cosmic City, whenever she visits the Koren Reigion. Nikolav is the head of research and development at the Cosmic City Scientific Research Facilty, where his Gardevoir gained the abillity to talk through a accident with a machine there. Because of his busy schedule, his Gardevoir runs the gym for him while he's away. His hair is black and in the shape of a crescent moon, referencing his love for astronomy. Nikolav prefers to be adressed by his last name.
