Weapon Variable - often called "Weapon Unknown" by the staff, and labeled as the "Weapon X of Weapon X" by leaked rumors - is a privately funded subdivision of the Weapon Plus program. Like the fellow break-off Weapon X, the program churns out human weapons, but the similarities end there. The organisation is so remote that there is no traces of the program in the Weapon Plus mainframe, as the program is fully self-sustained while taking in information from the larger Plus. The process within the works is highly confidential, and all activities are restricted within the facility grounds.
