>"Oh Spyro, it's good to see you." —Senator Ricci Senator Ricci is a resident as in Roman City, as seen in Spyro: Season of Ice. He is in charge of the snow cones for the Fairy Festival. In the beginning of the level, Tribune Bryan is seen looking for him and can't find him over all the rushing of the rhynocs. Once you kill all of them the senator will appear and open up the portal back to the Spring Fairy Home. He'll tell you the snow cone delivery he was expecting is all messed up. He will then give you a Frozen thing, for it certainly isn't a cherry berry snow cone.
