He founded Fail Comics in 2005 with Paul Duffy. A 6 page preview of Thorne, written and inked by Cummins, pencilled by American artist Kevin Long and coloured by Duffy, was released at the 2006 Dublin City Comic Con, but the comic was put on hold after artist issues. 11 Commandments, planned as a four issue black and white series, written by Gareth and drawn by Italian arist Bruno Letizia, was previewed at the 2007 Con and the first issue was launched at the 2008 Con, but due to increased distribution costs the second issue has yet to appear. Other announced comics have not seen the light of day. The Fail Comics website is no longer active.
