Divina Commedia is an international criminal organization that deals largely in black market weapons, including BOWs. It controls many front organizations, most notable of which is Archangel Security, a private military contractor that specializes in combating BOWs in areas of high risk. It was formed in 2002 by Tony Wesker as a means of procuring wealth for both him and his brother, Albert Wesker. For years it remained as a relatively small criminal organization, mostly dealing in black market weaponry. After the death of Albert in 2009, Tony expanded the organization to include selling BOWs on the black market. He also created Archangel Security as a legal front to hide his activities and create even more wealth.
