Gary Frinton is the local councilor. When Iris Bolton puts up Missing Posters in the town, Gary Frinton complains about this. He forces Iris Bolton to stop posting missing signs. When Matt was still alive Gary Frinton once said that Matt looked like he'd eaten Johnny Vegas. Matt thought that was pretty funny but he didn't laugh at the time because Gary Frinton was kicking him when Gary Frinton said it and Matt didn't want to give him the satisfaction. But Matt wrote it down later.
