A Weapon Core is a material that is used to purchase Prison of Elders weapons from Variks in the Vestian Outpost. A Weapon Core can also be used in conjuction with an Armor Core to purchase a Judgment's Chance, which contains a random Prison of Elders weapon or armor piece. A Weapon Core is awarded upon the first completions of the level 34 and level 35 Prison of Elders challenges every week beginning at the Weekly Reset.
