The basic presumption of 1940 - England Invaded is that Germany invaded Great Britain with a large assault force. The characters are British civilians who received some training in the Home Guard. They live in invaded territories and try to fight back secretly while keeping up the facades of normal lives. 1940 - England Invaded was designed by Simon Washbourne as a 24 Hour RPG in 16 hours, but was later expanded with more material.
