Rarite ore is an ore you can mine at level 45 Mining, a really low leveled requirement, but the Rarite rocks are extremely hard to reach, can length over and reach over level 110 Wilderness where high leveled monsters dwell, including the deadly MetalKnight Soldiers. Alternatively they can be obtained as a drop from Yellow dragons. It is also used to make Rarite Bars.
