Pressing his palms to the ground, Giko generates a large amount of black lightning in front of him, before utilizing chakra flow to split it off into multiple sections of lightning i.e. lances. These lances can act as heat sensors when Giko uses chakra threads or chakra flow to increase their vitality and help them pinpoint the opponent(s).
