Captain Charlotte Yeter is a Starfleet officer, and the commanding officer of Starbase 424, a small Ionescan station that is in the process of becoming a Federation outpost in a largely-unexplored part of the Alpha Quadrant. Together with her partner, Siva Vasilis, and the rest of her crew, she is currently struggling to bring the space station up to Federation standards, while contending with its irritable Ionsecan owner.
