Manver Autos was a car company operating on the planet Harankast. It was owned by Joseph Manver. At some point it tried to replace the water-consuming cars generaly used by the humans on the planet with a type of car that was faster, but also very polluting. To get the humans to buy them despite their disadvantages, he used huge swarms of Spy flies to transmit a Brainwashing Beam. The Tenth Doctor eventualy exposed this, to the relief of the countryside-dwelling Ranfo, the native sentient species on the planet. (COMIC: Exhausting Evil)
