On November 22nd, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, President Kennedy was fatally wounded by gunshots while riding with his wife in a Presidential Motorcade. According to the Warren Commission and the House Select Committee on Assassinations, a bullet entered President Kennedy's upper back, penetrated his neck, and exited his throat. Mere moments later, a fist-size hole exploded out from the right side of his head, covering the interior of the car and nearby motorcycle officer with blood and brain tissue. Later autopsy would confirm that this second gunshot wound was the one that caused his death.
