James Finn was a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps who had three fiancées, Siri Albert, Rebecca Kemp and an unnamed third fiancee and was having an affair with Jody Carvell. The discovery of Finn's body in a house prompted NCIS to be called to investigate the crime scene.
