Taiga Jinkō (神鋼他意我 Jinkou Taiga "Lit"; Steel Spirit of the Double-Minded Self) is the current 3rd Seat of the Twelfth Division and a prominent scientist in their ranks. He is also an associate of the Kidō Corps, and is the younger brother of their current Kidō Corps Commander, Midori Jinkou. It is remarked that Taiga bears an uncanny semblance to his older sister in terms of talents and appearance, but their personalities are eons apart. Those who personally know Midori remark that Taiga could possibly be the catalyst for the return of her emotions. He is also the lover of Shizuka Enyou, the 4th Seat of the Fifth Division.
