Noted genetic engineer Arnim Zola created this world of mutates and technolgical innovations. A number of savage mutates run wild on the barren, desert like terrain. Also, in this dimension, time and space move much quicker than they do in the real world, causing people to age rapidly inside it and be around for years in Dimension Z but really not long at all in the real world. The alien "Phrox" are a somewhat benign race that are opposed to Zola's personal army of servile, savagely aggressive, mutates. Zola also genetically engineered his children on Dimension Z: Jet Black and Ian. Zola commanded his kingdom from his capitol city of Zolandia.
