An extreme adrenaline potion is a potion made by players using the Herblore skill. It requires a Herblore level of 98 to make. When drunk, the player will gain 75% of the adrenaline bar or special attack energy. A four-dose super adrenaline potion and five purple sweets are the ingredients required to create this potion. Making this potion will give 600 Herblore experience. The potion cannot be made with the assistance of others.
