Minotia is a character from Dragon Ball Z Movie #13: Wrath of the Dragon. He is the younger brother of Tapion. He assisted Tapion in trying to stop a monster, Hirudegarn, from destroying their race on Planet Konats. In the end Minotia and Tapion subdued Hirudegarn by having the monster sealed away inside of their bodies and then sealed into two separate magical containers. The lower half of the monster was sealed inside Minotia. Minotia was freed by the evil magician Hoy and trapped by Hirudegarn. Only after the monster is defeated, Minotia is freed from Hirudegarn.
