The Kang Topiary was a limited time decoration first available during the Easter 2014 Event. It could be won during the Easter 2014 Event but when the event ended it remained in the store for the price of 15 Donuts. The Kang Topiary is now available upon reaching level 13. They can also be obtained by random chance from a successful rocket launch during the Deep Space Homer 2016 Event.
