Yaartsek was an agricultural world in the Mid Rim. Lacking in natural resources, Yaartsek was nonetheless heavily populated, with nine billion human colonists. Under Imperial authority since 17 BBY, Yaartsek rebelled against the Empire in 14 ABY but was unsuccessful. Its capital city is Majork.
