Zona Rosa de Bogotá (the "Pink Zone") is a neighborhood of Bogotá, Colombia with many pubs and discos. Some streets could be classified as gay villages. Colombia has become a much more gay-friendly place, especially in Bogotá, where now you can see a gay couple holding hands and kissing in public, barely drawing attention.
