Blanca Sandoval is the daughter of former political prisoner Hector Sandoval. She is also the girlfriend of Manuel Guerrero, a former student of her father's and a left-wing assassin-for-hire. Blanca is very protective of her father's safety, trying to get him not to attend functions but losing every time. Death Squads pursuing her father lured her into a kidnap trap by saying her father was in the lobby of a hotel waiting for her, then demanded Sandoval trade his life for his daughter's. After the Death Squads were eliminated by Metro-Dade Vice, Guerrero then attempted an assassination of Blanca's father, but was killed by Vice before he could carry it out.
