WikiProject W3C is a WikiProject devoted to getting rid of all deprecated code, especially XHTML attributes, and replacing them with the correct code (such as a CSS property). The W3C is the WWW Consortium, for those of you who do not know. They were the group who supposedly ended the browser wars (IE vs. Netscape - both, ironically, some of the least used browsers today). They have set the official standard for all web code, such as (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Their standards should be followed as closely as possible.
