Fannie Mae is a cutely-named communist social program tax hole. Her real name is the Federal National Mortgage Association, but uses her nickname to trick money out of good American pockets into the pimped-out handbags of welfare queens. Fannie is able to use her big government liberal pimp to provide loans to said ghetto royalty for the purchase of cribs. However, due to the corruption inherent in the kind of people who receive Fannie's loans, the money often goes to spinning rims, grills and assorted urban status symbol bling.
