Le Chiffre is the leader of the Forgotten Tribe and the main antagonist of the Bara Magna storyline. In his first appearance, he is physically described as "tall, with black and red armour and a scar running down his face". His goal appears to be revenge against the Fire, Water, Ice and Jungle Tribes, and he has allied himself with the Skrall and Vorox in order to achieve this goal. His servants include Qantus, Xertus, Nirtis and Triton. When Blackout arrived on Bara Magna, Le Chiffre was one of the beings present.
