The ground floor of the building contains a large water basin with magical fountains with a little fire altar at each end. There is a back door which leads to a tunnel into the cliffside. Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor, which appears to be some sort of magical experimentation area, where Quaine will be ordinarily found. The floor is single large room with heavily damaged walls and floor. Large boulders made of various sorts of magical crystal are strewn around the floor. Enchanted pillars run along the north wall, as well as another, smaller pillar holding a crystal orb on the western wall.
