The scorpion burrow is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland. It is located south of Nipton Road pit stop, in the dry lake bed. Walk past the crashed transport plane, and head to the area with grass and rocks. There is a mix of radscorpions of all sizes in the vicinity.
