EastEdge(イーストエッジĪsutoejji) is the Native-American Flame Haze who runs the Outlaw disguised as a news agency in New York and took care of Yurī. He has the title "Summoner of Star River"(星河の喚び手Seiga no Yobite) and is one of the four powerful Flame Haze known as The Four Gods of Earth, who had protected the American continent for centuries. He is always upset when others call them by their Flame Haze titles. They prefer calling themselves by their own self-styled names, in EastEdge's case, he is called "The Man Who had Seen All Stars"(全ての星を見た男Subete no Hoshi o mita Otoko).
