The "secret police" are seen in Starship Troopers 3: Marauder taking away a Q-bomb protester. Their uniform is similar to the Mobile Infantry uniform, but it is painted black. The secret police are also seen acting as prison guards and could possibly run the prison and/or law enforcement system. They also have the authority to arrest Fleet and Mobile Infantry officers.
