Lewis Baker (born October 12, 1984 in Carrollton, Texas) is a professional gridiron football safety for the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League. He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Oklahoma. He has also been a member of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
