NOS-4-A2 is a villain from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. He is a robotic energy vampire created by Emperor Zurg that can bend other machines, including other robots, to his evil will. He also transformed Ty Parsec into the Wirewolf. His name is a play on "Nosferatu", which is another word for vampire.
