Tilly is one of the main characters in the 1993-1998 British TV series, Tots TV. She is a red-haired rag doll who lives with her two friends Tom and Tiny. Unlike Tom and Tiny, Tilly doesn't speak English, instead she speaks French. In the American broadcast, it is Spanish that she speaks. Tilly has been played by three actresses, Veronique Deroulede, Claire Carre, and Alexandra Hogg.
