Butterick 3400; ca. 1945; Little Girls' Sun Dress, Bonnet and Panties. This dirndl-skirted, button-front dress has straps which tie in bows atop the shoulders so the entire dress can be unfastened and laid flat, making it easy to launder and iron. The bonnet can be laid flat for ironing, too. Panties in A & B. This is a "Mother & Daughter" fashion, for Mother see Butterick 3410. Featured in Butterick Fashion News, May 1946
