Andrew Frankel is a former Hasbro designer. He is known to have created the deco for numerous Transformers, particularly store exclusives. Frankel had also previously worked on NASCAR, Jurassic Park, Batman, and Star Wars toylines. At one point he was brand manager of Hasbro's G.I. Joe line, and helped develop the two direct-to-video G.I. Joe CGI movies.
