One of the blind villacs lived high atop a mountain. After much argument, he stood out in the middle of a rain storm and said to the other Villacs they were leaving the mountain. They left and founded the City. Hundreds of years later, the same man appears near a train station. It is raining and he is in the midst of it. Capac Raimi sees him shortly after he arrives in the city for the first time, and notes his pale eyes. ("Procession of the Dead")
