Crivor was an inmate at Moff Kentor Sarne's penal facility on the planet of Q'Maere. In 8 ABY, he was rescued by the crew of the FarStar, and volunteered for duty onboard the vessel. During his time serving on the corvette, he refused to take any orders that did not originate from Lowen Chase, the leader of the former prisoners and the man responsible for engineering the jailbreak that helped the crew of the FarStar to free him.
