In 30 BBY, several Jedi Masters embarked on a mission to the planet Kiffex to prevent the Anzati Dark Jedi Volfe Karkko from escaping the planet. Masters Tholme, T'ra Saa, Quinlan Vos, and Zao successfully completed their mission with the death of Karkko at Vos' hand.
