Trag'Oul Coils are Legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require character level 70 to drop. As of patch 2.4.2, it gained a new legendary affix: Spike Traps gain the Impaling Spines rune (in addition to any other) and are deployed twice as fast. The latter property means that attack speed is doubled for this spell (though only for casting purposes, not for damage). This effect has most impact on the Scatter rune, as it effectively quads the damage output compared to the unmodified skill.
