The Mon Calamari Commercial Expeditionary Service was a venture of planetary trading service developed by the Mon Calamari species. Mon Calamari Shipyards provided the Commercial Expeditionary Service with ships, including DeepWater-class light freighters. This submersible light freighter was the suggested backbone for the whole Commercial Expeditionary Service's fleet and around 10,000 DeepWaters were built.
