Luis Townley (born 2007) is the second child actor to appear as Arthur Thomas. He made his first on screen appearance in June 2008, sharing the role with Billy Harrower who had played Arthur since 2007. Luis was named after his father's hero, former Liverpool FC player Luis Garcia.
