You need to look on a Yu-Gi-Oh! Fusion Monster card (colored dark purple, or violet). When you do, it will have the list of Monsters you need to fuse to summon the monster. "Polymerization" is the basic Fusion Spell Card, but there are other ways to Fusion Summon. Check Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia for more details.
