To use this technique the user must form the correct hand seals before slamming their palm against the ground. Afterwards, they flow sea chakra into the ground. The sea chakra travels towards the opponent until it is directly beneath the foe's feat. At this point a giant torrent of seawater will burst up from the ground. This can cause one of two things. The first is the seawater will blast the foe high into the air while causing blunt force trauma. This can be used in many ways, such as create an opening or it can be used to catch the opponent by surprise.
