Venkt is a mercenary mage in Baldur's Gate. Though strictly not a bandit, he certainly appears to be in league with them as the protagonist finds him among three other guardians within Tazok's tent in the Bandit Camp, ready for a fight. In the Enhanced Edition, Venkt also carries a scroll of Spell Thrust - the only known copy of this spell in the game. In the original BG1, he also dropped a Bandit Scalp.
