Gun Attack on the Safehouse is an incident that occurred at a safehouse in May 2010 where Alejandro Rivera attacked the safehouse with a machine gun, believing that NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs was there. The main NCIS Major Case Response Team later arrived and revealed that Rivera's sister, Paloma Reynosa had been in the safehouse and as such, had been fatally wounded. As such, NCIS arrested Rivera for her murder.
