This user is being nominated for a few reasons. First of all, I want to say that he had moderator rights in the past by mistake, and he never abused them. This shows that he is trustworthy. Second, I believe that he has a good will to stop vandalism and could help in our anti-vandalism act as a community. He does scan many articles, in which he may need the tool to delete a comment.
