Philippe Boutin is a member of the Old Guard Party in Lourenne. Philippe started his career in the public DAs office in St. Domitius. In 2458 he moved to Aures and started his own practice with specialty in corporate law. In 2464, he once again became a DA. In 2466 he prosecuted Seaweed Inc. for dumping waste. The trial went on for six years, almost ending with a settlement, however, Philippe refused to settle, and won the case. The trial created much media attention and Philippe ran for office in 2473 under the OGP platform and was awarded a seat by his constituency in Alvium.
