The Chronicle of Fierce Regalia was first owned by the U.K. of Ritternschild, but later was taken by the Order. After the Order took the chronicle, Magedom of Janam would be known as the next owner of the Chronicle, and Fierce Regalia was kept in the Arcane Academy. The Chronicle was one of the books used by the Magedom to research the mage arts they use today, but Geschutz and his company reveals that the chronicle belonged to them before and Ritterschild had used it to make the technology of guns.
