The Vɵr Mld or 'Blue Cup' is the premier rugby competition of Tak. It contains twelve professional teams that play a 22-game regular season schedule. According to Tak rules, relegation to the Vi Mld ('Red Cup') occurs when a team has 20 points or less at the end of the season. A maximum of two teams can be relegated at the same time; if there are more than two teams with less than 20 points, the two teams with the least points will be relegated. In case of relegation, the (two) best team(s) of the Red Cup are promoted and enter the Blue Cup.
