Kagero's Dart (カゲロウの眩惑針 Kagerou no Genwaku Hari, lit. Kagerou's Dazzling Needle) is a Shuriken that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. Eponymously named after Kagero, Kagero's Dart is, apart from raising its wielder's Speed by 2, capable of significantly reducing the Skill, Defense and Resistance of enemy units post-battle.
